Julie Lemonde is an independent digital marketing consultant. She holds a master’s degree in marketing from HEC Montréal, where she focussed on how to build brand loyalty on social networks.

After graduating from university, Ms. Lemonde was hired as an interactive marketing consultant in Transcontinental’s Digital Media Department, where she developed a consumer engagement strategy for the firm using database marketing methods. She then joined TAXI Canada as a strategic planner to help position several major brands – including Microsoft Canada, Groupe Germain, Bombardier and TELUS – on social media.

Today, Ms. Lemonde works with various companies and agencies, providing them with insight and advice on digital marketing. She is also a lecturer in HEC Montreal’s Executive Education Department, participating in their branding and electronic marketing and Web strategy seminars.
